1. Eligibility
- Participants must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a legal guardian.
- All hunters must possess a valid hunting license and any required tags or permits for the hunting area.
- The hunt is open to U.S. residents only, unless otherwise specified.
- Participants must not be prohibited by law from handling or owning a firearm.
2. Booking & Payment
- Enter as many times as you wish.
- Entry Fee is $10
- Entries managed by Radiguns Outdoors
3. Safety & Firearms
- All hunters must complete a mandatory safety briefing before the hunt begins.
- Firearms must be transported and handled according to state and federal laws.
- No loaded firearms in vehicles or campsites.
- Hunters must follow all guide instructions regarding firearm use and safety.
- Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited before or during the hunt.
4. Hunting Regulations
- All hunting must be conducted ethically and legally, following local, state, and federal regulations.
- No hunting outside designated areas.
- Hunters may only take one trophy deer unless additional tags have been purchased.
- Wounding Policy: If an animal is wounded, every effort will be made to recover it. If the animal is not found, it will count as the hunter’s harvest.
- Baiting, spotlighting, or any illegal hunting methods are strictly prohibited.
5. Guide Authority & Conduct
- The guide has full authority over all hunting activities.
- Disrespectful or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the hunt without a refund.
- Any damage to property, including blinds, cabins, or hunting equipment, is the hunter’s financial responsibility.
6. Liability & Waivers
- All participants must sign a waiver of liability before the hunt.
- Hunt with Chad and its guides are not responsible for injuries, lost items, or accidents during the hunt.
- Hunters assume all risks associated with outdoor hunting, including wildlife encounters, terrain hazards, and weather conditions.
7. Trophy Care & Processing
- Field dressing is included in the hunt package.
- Processing, taxidermy, and meat preparation are available for an additional fee.
- Transporting harvested game is the hunter’s responsibility and must follow state and federal laws.
8. Photography & Media
- Hunt with Chad reserves the right to photograph and film hunts for promotional purposes.
- Hunters may be asked to sign a media release allowing their image to be used in marketing.
- Personal photography and video are allowed, but drones may be restricted based on location.
9. Weather & Emergencies
- Hunts will proceed rain or shine unless dangerous conditions arise.
- In the event of severe weather, the hunt may be rescheduled at the discretion of the guide.
- Emergency response procedures will be explained during the safety briefing.
10. Refunds & Rescheduling
- No refunds for missed hunts due to late arrival, cancellations within 20 days, or rule violations.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and requires advance notice.

By participating in the Hunt with Chad Guided Trophy Deer Hunt, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these rules. Failure to comply may result in termination of the hunt without refund.
